What is recorded here

Situated in pasture on an E-facing slope with a N-S stream c. 10m to the E. A fulacht fiadh was noted in the 1950s (NMI file). It is not visible at ground level and there is no local knowledge of it. The burnt mound (WA016-032----) is c. 180m to the WSW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
