What is recorded here
Old Grave Yard in Brannockstown, County Kildare, preserves a church and a medieval baptismal font inside a graveyard still used by the local community. The font is a heavy stone basin that survived because it was difficult to move, not necessarily because people chose to keep it. It records a time when water was poured over new life while the church stood beside it, and the graveyard continued after the original congregation disappeared.
Contains a church (KD029-003----) and a medieval font (KD029-003002-).
