On a gentle rise. A raised, circular area (diam. 4m) is enclosed by a fosse and an outer bank. There is a possible entrance at ESE. Site has been damaged by quarrying at S. (O'Riordáin 1950, 275: Site S)

A ring-barrow, likely Bronze Age, characterized by a circular raised area with enclosing fosse and outer bank; its partial survival and possible entrance orientation provide insight into early funerary architecture in the region.
