What is recorded here

Just within N-sector of enclosure (TS066-079----). A ditch barrow (TS066-079001-) is located just N of the centre of the enclosure. A circular area (dims. 6m N-S; 6.5m E-W) defined by a shallow fosse (Wth 2.0m; D 0.1m). The interior is generally level and is the same height as the external ground level. Ditch barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its construction reflects early funerary practices involving earth and ditch features, common in burial enclosures of the period.
