What is recorded here

Gateway, erected c. 1890, comprising outer ashlar limestone piers with plinths, carved caps and cast-iron finials to curving ornate cast-iron railings connecting to ornate cast-iron piers with capitals and ball finials, having ornate double-leaf cast-iron vehicular gates.
This ornate late nineteenth-century entrance to Ballinwillin House exhibits fine craftsmanship in the decorative ironwork, and exudes some of the finery and elegance equal to that of the building within.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
