What is recorded here

The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). dims. c. 45m N-S, c. 58m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank and external fosse. Gaps in bank but probable entrance in NE. Fosse has been filled in at N, but preserved elsewhere (D 2m).
