This parochial house is typical in style and form of such structures in Ireland. The form of the house is articulated by the render quoins which add interest to the façade. The ornate timber and rendered porch, probably added in the late nineteenth century, provides the house with a decorative focus. The site retains its rendered walls with decorative cast-iron railings and piers which add valuable context. The parochial house forms part of a group with Saint Nicholas' Church.
