Wall-mounted cast-iron post box, installed c.1930. Raised P&T lettering to box, having panel detailing to door. Set within rubble stone wall.
A finely designed post box with artistic detailing, seen in the Gaelic lettering, that is an excellent example of the high quality cast-iron street furniture which was made during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
