What is recorded here

Situated on a low ridge, on S-facing slope of a high hill. Ringfort (WM031-046----) lies c. 106m to SE. Depicted on the revised 1910 ed. OS 25-inch map as a circular-shaped earthwork. Monument described in 1973 as a circular-shaped area (diam. 21m) enclosed by a low earthen bank with slight traces of an external fosse. No clear entrance feature visible. The interior has a slight S-facing slope with the remains of broad cultivation ridges. visible. Monument is obscured today by an area of scrub on Digital Globe aerial photography.
