Detached two-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1930, with timber entrance porch to left-hand side. Two-storey to rear elevation.ROOF: L-shaped roof plan with intersecting hipped and double pitched slate roof; rendered chimney stack with terracotta pots; cast-iron rainwater goods; over hanging timber eaves resting on timber blocks; square headed door opening with rendered reveals and soffit, timber panelled door. WALLS: Pebble dashed. OPENINGS:Timber porch with pillar on granite blocks; square headed timber panelled door; five light timber casement window with metal transoms and mullions placed in bow projection; square headed; render reveals granite cills 1/1 timber sashes.
