A road bridge (long axis NW-SE) spanning the Roughty River. Built of random rubble sandstone. Two arches; the SE arch is semicircular with narrow roughly shaped voussoirs and spans deep rocky gorge. The NW arch, which is dry and built on a level platform, is segmental with roughly shaped voussoirs, some of which are rusticated; exposed NW side of pier under arch is of rusticated ashlar.
