In level, well-drained pasture. A raised, circular area (diam. 42.5m; H 1m at SW - 3m elsewhere), with a slightly concave surface, is defined by a broad fosse (W 4m; D. 1m) W-N-ESE, infilled elsewhere, and by slight traces of a possible outer earthen bank at NW.
