Freestanding single-bay three-stage cylindrical windmill tower, extant 1840, on a circular plan. In ruins, 1902. Roof now missing. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls retaining sections of lime rendered or roughcast surface finish. Camber-headed opposing door openings with repointed voussoirs. Square-headed "arrow loop" openings (upper stages) with rough hewn lintels. Interior in ruins. Set back from line of road in relandscaped grounds.
