The Mill in Donaghmore spread its corn and malting buildings across both riverbanks. Most businesses have a little gap between departments; this one could settle an argument by saying, ‘Grand, swim over and tell me.’
Corn mill and malting complex, c. 1930, comprising group of detached buildings (located on either side of river) including three-storey store. Now derelict. Remainder of outbuildings renovated, c. 1990.
