Michelle O'Neill

Michelle O'Neill, born Michelle Doris on 10 January 1977 in Fermoy, County Cork, Ireland, is the incumbent First Minister of Northern Ireland and Vice President of Sinn Féin. She has represented Mid Ulster in the Northern Ireland Assembly since 2007 and previously served as deputy First Minister from 2020 to 2022. Her political career began on Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council in 2005, where she became the first female mayor in 2010.
