Megalithic tomb in Loughros Glebe

According to an entry in an OS Name Book (1834), there is a 'cromlech' in this townland, but no details of it are provided. It is not shown on OS 6-inch maps. The Name Book reference may be to a feature named 'Standing Stone' on the original OS 6-inch map (1834) that is not marked on later editions of the map and of which there is now no trace (Lacy 1983).
