What is recorded here

In undulating pasture, on an elevated rocky area, which is overgrown with dense thickets and is overlooking a small poorly drained area to the N. Not depicted on OS historic mapping but a cist is recorded at this location in the OS Name Book (1917), Form 230 (pers. comm. Paul Walsh, 21 October 1991, SMR file). Not visible at ground level.
