Man-made underground passage in Glenmullynaha East

Man-made underground passage

What is recorded here

Glenmullynaha East hides a man-made passage beneath a rath, invisible from above but remembered by local people. The absence of any surface trace makes the place feel less like a ruined building and more like a breath held underground. Someone dug through solid earth, perhaps to hide, pray, escape or connect one living area to another. That much is implied by the passage itself; the rest belongs to imagination and story.
