Man-made underground passage in Correal (athlone North By., Fuerty Ed) is a man-made underground passage in Correal (athlone North By., Fuerty Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. Local traditions of a cave were confirmed in 1968 and again in 1986 when a roofless passage defined by upright stones was uncovered. It may have been an air-vent, and there was an inaccessible chamber, possibly beehive, at its W end under a field bank. Further E the channel broadened out and is still accessible.

It may have been an air-vent, and there was an inaccessible chamber, possibly beehive, at its W end under a field bank. Further E the channel broadened out (Wth c. 0.7m; H 0.7m; total L c. 6m).
