What is recorded here
On a slight rise in a low-lying landscape. Described as a slight semi-circular fosse surrounding the rise and a local tradition of a cave which may be a Man-made underground passage at the possible rath (RO044-034001-) (Gannon 1972). It is not visible at ground level in pasture.
