Bawnmore North hides a man-made underground passage inside an early ecclesial enclosure, yet no surface trace remains for anyone to point at. The absence makes the claim harder to dismiss because someone dug through solid ground and expected another person to follow the dark route. That much is certain even when the entrance has vanished.
