What is recorded here

Terraced single-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1845, formerly forming a two-bay house with the adjoining building to the east. Now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with replacement uPVC windows to upper floors. Timber shopfront with fixed widows and glazed door, c. 2000.
The scale and form of this building make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, and formerly part of a two-bay house, this building forms part of a well proportioned group, with the adjoining buildings to the east and west.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
