Lisnagrough is a fairy fort in County Cork, a circular earthen ring with a shallow outer ditch on a northeast-facing pasture slope. Its bank stands one metre high but heavy growth hides much of the shape, while the uneven interior dips like a saucer beneath the grass. A faint southern ridge suggests a second bank once circled the place, lending the quiet field a forgotten depth. People may have lived inside the ring before the fairy name took it, yet the earth still holds the shape of that lost hands and footsteps.

In pasture, on NE-facing slope. Circular area (36m N-S) defined by earthen bank (H 1m), with shallow external fosse. Bank heavily overgrown. Interior saucer-shaped; surface uneven. Low undulation probably indicates former existence of outer bank; supported by hachures depicting second bank, forshort section to S, on 1937 OS 6-inch map.
