Lishahoon

In pasture. Circular area (diam. c. 55m) defined by two earthen banks (inner bank: int. H 1m; outer bank: H 1.35m) with intervening fosse. Outer bank severely eroded in parts by cattle. Man-made underground passage (CO061-037002-) in interior. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
