A boundary stone, annotated 'Liberty Stone' on the 1840 OS six-inch map where it is depicted standing on the Parliamentary Boundary of Limerick City. The stone is not depicted on the 1924 OS six-inch map, and is no longer evident at this location. Its position marked the crossing point on the road of the parliamentary boundary between Limerick City and the county of Limerick.
