Pair of semi-detached two-bay two-storey with dormer attic houses, built c.1920, having canted bay windows and half-dormer windows to front (north) elevation and single- and-two-storey returns to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched slate roofs with terracotta ridge cresting, cast-iron rainwater goods and rendered eaves brackets having decorative render floral detailing to render eaves course. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered half-dormers. Square-headed window openings with render surrounds to one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows having continuous render sill course to first floor windows. Square-headed door opening having half-glazed timber door with stained glass sidelights and overlight set in round-headed opening with flanking render pilasters, hood moulding with side scrolls and pediment above. Cast-iron pedestrian gate with rendered boundary wall and cast-iron railing and name plaque to front of site.

A fine pair that retains much of its original form and fabric. It forms part of a group with the contemporary early twentieth century houses built along Donovan Road and College Road. The render detailing, seen in the substantial eaves brackets, moulded render window surrounds and string course, articulates its form, while the handsome doorcases form the decorative focus. The wrought-iron railings add to its setting and add character to the streetscape.
