Knockaunnarelic Graveyard is a burial ground in County Carlow, Ireland. O'Donovan found no church remains inside the graveyard, suggesting the dead were laid to rest beneath an open sky rather than beside a building. The absence of a church wall makes the place feel both stripped bare and strangely honest, as if the living once walked among the graves without a roof or altar to mark the boundary between the worlds.

In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. According to O'Donovan (OSL 1839, 25), no indications of church within graveyard.
