Triple-arch limestone road bridge, built c. 1820, over Owentaraglin River. Coursed rubble stone walls with render copings. Tooled limestone string course to each elevation, above arch level. Round arches having tooled limestone voussoirs. V-cutwaters to upstream. East end of north wall buttressed.

The combination of rubble and cut limestone used in its construction provides rich textural interest to this bridge. The string courses and voussoirs are clearly the work of skilled craftsmen. The bridge also has social significance, enhanced by an amenity area with flower beds and picnic area being developed to the south.
