Kilcummin Ho. is a vanished Mac Coghlan castle in County Offaly, mentioned by De Renzi in the 17th century but now without visible surface traces. It may have stood where Kilcummin House appears, hidden beneath lawns, gardens or ordinary ground. The loss is not emptiness; it is a reminder that human pride, fear and memory can occupy places others forget.
