Kilbarron Well — Report the wrong picture

A natural spring well located to the W of Kilbarron Church (TN009-003). The well is rectangular (dims. 1.4m x 1.5m; D 0.3m) and is enclosed by a drystone wall except at NW where the road runs past the well. No votive offerings visible. Linked to Saint Barron, the well is traditionally associated with healing and is believed to have curative properties, particularly for eye ailments. The site reflects a long-standing Christian and folk tradition of holy wells as places of pilgrimage and spiritual healing in Ireland.
