In a fold towards the top of the E-facing slope of Slieve Bawn, and regarded locally as a penal church. It is indicated as a structure on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. This is an overgrown area which remains unplanted in a coniferous forest (int. dims c. 12m E-W; 4.5m N-S) defined by the partial base of a wall (at S: Wth 1m; H 0.3-0.5m) at N and S and a spread of stones at E, but the W end cannot be identified. There is no enclosure or evidence of burial.
