What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ryefield OR Runnateggal, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a steep southwest-facing slope beside a northwest-southeast stream about sixty metres to the southwest. A circular grass-covered area measures thirty-five and a half metres north-south and thirty-five metres east-west. A gapped earthen bank with bushes and a scarp define part of the circle, while a broad fosse separates the inner area from an outer bank.
Towards the top of a steep SW-facing slope with a NW-SE stream c. 60m to the SW. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 35.5m N-S; 35m E-W) defined by a gapped earthen bank with some bushes (Wth 2.8m at S to 3.7m at N; int. H 0.3-0.55m; ext. H 0.8m at S to 1.25m at W) SE-W-ENE and by a scarp (H 1.2m) elsewhere, separated by a fosse (Wth of top 7.5m at N to 9.5m at E; D 0.25-0.7m) NNW-ESE from an outer bank (Wth 5m; int. H 0.95m; ext.
