Marked on 1841 edition of the OS 6-inch map. Situated on N side of a natural ridge running E-W. An oval area defined by a slight scarp at N. No other visible surface remains. Reference to rath here (O'Hanlon and O'Leary 1907, vol. 1, 289). David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
