In pasture, on E-facing slope; to NE of stream. Defined by arc (C c. 170m) formed by substantial earthen bank (int. H 1.8m; ext. H 2.1m to base of fosse) S->NNE with extant fosse (D 0.9m) WSW->NW, by slight scarp NNE->NE (L c. 15m) which ends at roadway leading to burial ground (14137) from NE, by short section of substantial earthen bank to ENE, levelled for first 4m S of roadway and by steep drop down to floodplain of stream SE->S. Interior slopes gently down to SE; quarry marked on 1842 OS 6-inch map, survives as depression inside bank to W. Burial ground (14137) and possible church (14512) in N half of enclosure.
