Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Kilmore (athlone North By., Athleague East Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular grass-covered area on the SW-facing slope of a NW-SE limestone ridge, bounded by a flat-topped earthen bank that rises to two metres externally. The southern entrance measures two metres wide, while lazy-beds align NNE-SSW across the interior. Another rath lies seventy metres to the east-south-east, and a possible rath sits eighty metres to the west-north-west.
On the SW-facing slope of a NW-SE limestone ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 43.3m E-W; 42.1m N-S) defined by a flat-topped earthen bank (Wth of base 4.4-5.8m; Wth of top 1.8m; int. H 0.45-0.8m; ext. H 1.2-2m) with some bushes, which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.5m) SSE-SW. There is no visible fosse but the entrance (Wth 2m) is at S and there are lazy-beds aligned NNE-SSW in the interior. Rath (RO044-016----) is c. 70m to the ESE, and the possible rath (RO044-014----) is c. 80m to the WNW.
