Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Killinordanbeg, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle east-facing slope about one hundred metres west of a north-south stream. A slightly raised circular grass area measures twenty-nine by twenty-eight metres and contains an eroded earthen bank with an outer fosse, though no original entrance remains identifiable.
On a gentle E-facing slope with a N-S stream c. 100m to the E. This is a slightly raised circular grass-covered area (diam. 29m E-W; 28m N-S) defined by an eroded earthen bank (Wth 3m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.6-0.7m) and outer fosse (Wth of top 2.6-3m; Wth of base 1.6-1.8m; D 0.3-0.4m). There is no identifiable original entrance. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
