In a low-lying marshy area. A rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 32m E-W, 21.5m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth c. 2.8m, int. H c. 0.7m, ext H c. 1.5m) and a wide shallow external fosse (Wth c. 3.7m).
