indicated is a crannog in Cloonfree, County Roscommon, Ireland. The 1837 Ordnance Survey 6-inch map depicts it as a small island about ten metres across on the east shore of Cloonsreane Lough. The lough stretches roughly 180 metres east-west and 120 metres north-south. Dense overgrowth now hides the crannog from ground-level view.
