Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated at the N end of a slight S-N ridge in the flood-plain if the ENE-WSW River Bann, with the stream c. 70m to the N. There is no visible evidence of an antiquity. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
