In S half of a moated site (GA086-068----). An unenclosed L-shaped area (N-S 8.6m, E-W 8m max.) of small set limestone blocks, concentrated at SW. The grave-markers are aligned in N-S rows, indicating burials oriented E-W. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'.
