The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 T-shaped house of seventeenth-century date, now in ruins (int. dims. 12.2m N-S, 17.7m E-W). Three storeys with projecting chimney stacks on N, S and W gables. E wall, most of N wall of W wing, and W wall of N part of main block have collapsed.
