Roadside, built against rock outcrop. Front (H c. 6m; Wth c. 8m) S-facing; arched recess (H 2.5m; Wth 2.2m; D 3.3m) with sandstone voussoirs; brick-lined funnel (overgrown). Later kiln adjoining to E. Front of similar dimensions; arched recess (H 2.1m; Wth 2.45m; D 2m) with cut limestone voussoirs; brick-lined funnel (diam. 2.2m). Top of both kilns enclosed bystone-built parapet (repaired) with opening on N side. According to local information, kilns were reused in 1940s.
