Situated on flat pasture in undulating countryside. Depicted not as an antiquity but as an irregular-shaped grove of trees on the 1840 ed. OS 6-inch map, not indicated on subseqquent editions of the OS 6-inch maps. Not visible at ground level. Possible tree-ring.
