Hut site in Ros An Locha

In rough mountain grazing, on a terrace on the S-facing slopes of Bealick. The remains of a D-shaped hut site (2.3m E-W) defined by a curving bank (Wth 0.7m; H 0.8m) with a straight E side (L 4m) consisting of the linear face of outcropping rock. The level interior, which is in pasture, is raised (H 0.2m) at the S and cut (D 0.1m) into the upslope at the N to compensate for the hillslope. A second hut site (CO080-031001-) is c. 8m to the N.
