What is recorded here
On Bartragh Island, in Killala Bay. Brunicardi (1914, 197) noted that ‘numerous hut-sites’, associated with a midden (MA022-088001-), were visible on the island in the early 20th century. However, no details of the huts or their exact location were recorded.
