Hut site in Gortlahard (glanarought By., Cappagh Ed)

In rough hill pasture, on a break, on a S-facing slope in the valley of Glashanaglaragh stream. The remains of a circular hut site (3.6m N-S; 3.1m E-W) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.4m) which is best preserved NW-S. The S portion of the interior is raised (H 0.35m) and the N portion is cut (D 0.2m) into the upslope to compensate for the hillslope. There is a relict field boundary (KE103-031002-) c. 15m to the S.
