Hut site in Gortlahard (glanarought By., Cappagh Ed)

In rough pasture, on a SW-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Sheen River. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2m) defined by a grass-covered bank (Wth 0.65m; H 0.4m) of earth and stone. The entrance (Wth 0.5m) is at E. The hut site is cut into the upslope at N to create a level interior. Another hut site (KE093-085001-) is c. 40m to the SE. A relict field boundary (KE093-085007-) and two field systems (KE093-085----, KE093-085003-) are in the immediate vicinity.
