Hut site in Gortlahard (glanarought By., Cappagh Ed)

In rough hill pasture, on a NW-facing slope, in the valley of the Sheen River. The remains of a roughly circular hut site (4.9m N-S; 4m E-W) defined by a grass-covered, drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.3m). The NW portion of the interior is elevated (H 0.6m) and the SE portion is cut (D 0.1m) into the upslope to compensate for the hillslope. The level interior is strewn with stones.
