Hut site in Dunlough

In rough pasture, at the foot of a N-facing slope in a sheltered hollow to the NE of Coosheenatowick. The remains of a poorly preserved rectangular hut site (6m E-W; 4.8m N-S) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.8m; H 0.55m), which is largely obscured by gorse and heather. Stones are scattered in the level interior. A break (Wth 0.4m) in the centre of the S wall may indicate the entrance location. There is an enclosure (CO146-008----) c. 50m to the S.
