Indicated

Located on the NE end of Dun Lough Lake, with rough pasture hills to the W and steep slopes down to Coosheentowick to the E. A well-constructed linear masonry wall (T up to 1.2m; H up to 1.6m), in a reasonably good state of preservation, runs E along the N shore of the lake for c. 40m, it then turns to SE along the shore for c. 14m before continuing to NE for c. 65m where it ends on a cliff-top. There is a lintelled entrance (Wth 0.9m; H 1.3m) at the SW end of this final stretch of wall. The wall has partially collapsed in a few places. There are signs of recent temporary repairs to make the wall stock proof. The wall was probably associated with the tower house (3076, vol. 1) at the SW end of the lake.
